I’m Helen Krozos, founder of TalentHammer.
I’ve spent the last 20 years leading recruiting and HR teams across government contracting, tech startups, and biotech. I’ve built teams from the ground up, scaled organizations from 200 to 1,200 employees in hypergrowth environments, and sat at the executive table making real, often difficult decisions that directly impacted business outcomes.
That includes building playbooks for growth — and navigating restructures and downsizing in the most thoughtful, human way possible.
